The creation of an innovation chain with companies operating in the manufacturing, craftsmanship sectors, and producers of “Made in Albania” products, as well as interest groups such as product design students, public institutions, etc., as an opportunity to become familiar with innovations in the international market through meetings, workshops, conferences, and the online platform. The platform will serve as a meeting point for innovative ideas and developers, aiming to align business models with international innovative trends.

The creation of a window on the online platform, which will allow for the listing of innovative materials that could replace a link in the production chain, in order to make the product higher quality and at a reduced cost.

About Us

Crispy Bacon

Founded in 2019, this company has brought to the Albanian market a mix of elements such as engineering, design, marketing, and creativity.
A branch of Crispy Bacon Srl (Italy) and part of the Be Group (Be Shaping the Future Spa). Today, Crispy Bacon has over 90 employees with 3 offices (Milan, Marostica, and Tirana). In Tirana, there are 18 employees, 6 of whom are women, and they are characterized by a youthful energy, with an average age of up to 30 years.

Creation of Digital Spider

In our initial idea, we noticed that there was a lack of a company offering manufacturers innovative ideas related to business development, but above all in what is called creating a differentiated product through the materials used.
Companies in the manufacturing sector play a significant role in supplying the Albanian economy, even in international markets. Currently, around 700 companies operate in the textile and footwear production sector, making up around 40% of total exports.
These figures show the potential for these companies to transform work processes and become more competitive in European markets, which are in constant dynamic change due to rapid innovation and workforce transformation.
To ensure the sustainability and extension of this project to other business groups, we plan to target artisans and other business groups producing “Made in Albania” after establishing the innovation network.

In this project, there are two specific objectives that will guide the implementation in both quantitative and qualitative terms until its finalization:

  1. Creation of an innovation chain with companies operating in the manufacturing sector, craftsmanship, and producers of “Made in Albania” products, as well as interest groups such as product design students, public institutions, etc., providing an opportunity to become familiar with innovations in international markets through meetings, workshops, conferences, and the online platform. The platform will serve as a meeting point for innovative ideas and developers, aiming to align business models with international innovative trends.
  2. Creation of a window in the online platform that will allow for the listing of innovative materials that could replace a link in the production chain to make the product higher quality and at a reduced cost.
